Submitting this enquiry form does not confirm your booking. Our team will contact you to verify availability, the final fare and trip details before your trip is confirmed. A booking is only confirmed once our team has verified vehicle availability and the final fare with you directly, by phone, WhatsApp or email.

Fares

Displayed fares are indicative one-way starting fares. The final fare may vary according to the exact pickup and drop locations, travel date, vehicle availability, tolls, parking charges, state taxes, waiting time and night allowance. Please confirm the final inclusive fare before booking. Displayed starting fares are not final quotations and do not constitute an offer capable of acceptance until confirmed by our team.

Vehicle images shown on this Website, including in the fleet, gallery and route pages, are representative illustrations. The exact make, model or vehicle assigned to your trip may vary according to availability, and will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Passenger conduct and vehicle use

Passengers are expected to treat the vehicle and driver with respect. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service in cases of abusive behaviour, unsafe conduct, or use of the vehicle for unlawful purposes.

Luggage and belongings

Please inform us in advance of any unusually large or heavy luggage so that a suitable vehicle can be arranged. We are not responsible for items left behind in the vehicle, though we will make reasonable efforts to assist in their recovery if reported promptly.
