This policy explains how cancellations, changes and any applicable refunds are handled for bookings made with Sai Sameer Tours and Travels.
Enquiries vs. confirmed bookings
Submitting an enquiry form on this Website does not create a booking or a payment obligation — Submitting this enquiry form does not confirm your booking. Our team will contact you to verify availability, the final fare and trip details before your trip is confirmed. This policy applies from the point a booking is confirmed with our team.
Cancelling a confirmed booking
If you need to cancel a confirmed booking, please contact us as early as possible by phone or WhatsApp using the details below. Cancellations made with more notice are generally easier for us to accommodate without any charge, since a vehicle and driver may already have been arranged for your trip.
Changes to your trip
If your travel date, pickup time, route or vehicle requirement changes after a booking is confirmed, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate the change, subject to vehicle and driver availability for the new requirement.
Refunds
Where an advance payment has been collected for a confirmed booking and that booking is subsequently cancelled, any applicable refund will be discussed and agreed with you directly based on the notice given and any costs already committed on our side (such as driver allocation). We do not display a fixed refund percentage or timeline on this page because it depends on the specific circumstances of each booking; our team will confirm this with you at the time of booking confirmation.
No-shows and late arrivals
If a passenger is not available at the agreed pickup point and time and does not inform us of a delay, this may be treated as a no-show, and any applicable charges will be discussed with you directly.
Force majeure
In cases of circumstances outside our reasonable control — including severe weather, road closures, government restrictions or vehicle breakdown — we will make reasonable efforts to arrange an alternative vehicle or reschedule your trip, and will discuss any refund on a case-by-case basis.
